SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical agents and concerns a tablet for local throat and oral cavity treatment by diffusion transmucosal diffusion of lipophilic molecules, including a composition which contains: - derivative of alkylcarboxyl family and/or another lipophilic anti-inflammatory substance or antimycotic lipophilic substance in the form of lysine salts of these molecules, and a polymeric agent in combination with substrate selected from carbohydrates family. Also the invention discloses application of the tablets for obtaining a medical agent for throat and mouth cavity treatment by transmucosal diffusion.
EFFECT: tablets act locally at the same level as the diseases and inflammations, in much smaller doses, and cause no side effects leading to immediate therapeutic effect.
