SUBSTANCE: inventive subject matter is a dosage form for the buccal transmucosal administration of an active substance from a group of setrons, containing the above active substance in the form of a base and/or in the form of a salt, alcohol water solution of 30-70° by volume containing 40-85% of ethanol and from 15% to 60% of water on the volume basis, wherein the above alcohol water solution is the only solvent, and if necessary, a pH-adjusting agent; the above active substance is stably and completely dissolved in the alcohol water solution. The invention also refers to a method for producing the above dosage form and using it for treating and preventing significant nausea and/or vomiting syndromes, and for treating and preventing intestinal spasms.
