SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for affecting skin. This device includes variety of ultrasound radiating elements designed in the form of a system made of flexible material in space configuration, at that ultrasound radiating elements are capable to deliver ultrasound of low and high frequency to skin area. The device is included as a compound of a set for application of ultrasound on skin also including gel pillow containing composition and configured for placement between flexible system and treatable area of skin.
EFFECT: use of this invention enables to expand amount of means for treatment of dermatologic states with help of ultrasound.
