FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Device designed to discharge polymer from continuously operating reactor comprises piston valve arranged on reactor wall or nearby it. Piston valve comprises piston element 15 sliding inside valve body 13, working tool 16 coupled with piston element 15, and positioning device 22 coupled with working tool 16. Note here that piston valve additionally comprises V-shape hole 19 made close to reactor wall and ellipsoid-shape hole at the valve remaining part.
EFFECT: minimised risk of blocking discharge line, adjustable discharge rate.
