FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: circulating reactor includes a first release hole for polymer suspension unloading from the circulating reactor, and a second release hole for polymer suspension unloading from the circulating reactor. The first release hole is located such that the unloaded polymer suspension has polymer concentration equal or higher than average polymer concentration in the circulating reactor. The second release hole is located such that the unloaded polymer suspension has polymer concentration below the average polymer concentration in the circulating reactor. The method includes stages of olefinic monomers, catalytic system and optionally olefine comonomers to the circulating reactor, and monitoring of totals content of the polymer and/or total quantity of the polymer suspension unloaded from the circulating reactor, adjustment of ratio of the polymer suspension unloaded through the first release hole, and the polymer suspension unloaded through the second release hole. Besides the method of monitoring of average holding time of the olefinic polymer, and the second release hole use for monitoring is described.

EFFECT: regulation of polymers concentration in the polymer suspension at the initial phase of the polymerisation process, and during further polymerisation reaction, and effective monitoring of holding time of the olefinic polymer in the circulating reactor.
