FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed panel set comprises panel and lining jointed to panel and running along at least one section of its perimetre. To produce said panel set, composition being solidified is applied directly or indirectly onto panel and surface of mould whereon panel is placed. Said composition features dynamic viscosity exceeding that of extrusion materials. This allows higher quality of surface without application of high pressure onto composition being solidified. Unlike known techniques of injection moulding, aforesaid composition is not injected in closed mould but is applied on open mould surface with the help of applicator moving along at least aforesaid section of panel perimetre.
EFFECT: possibility to use cheaper moulds made from soft elastic materials.
