FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to nanoporous metal materials and can be used to produce ultra-filtering membranes and nanoporous products with through pores. Thinning zones are created on the surface of sheet brass piece, the piece is etched until one or several through holes with the diameter of 0,2-0,8 mm appear in the thinning zones, the electrolyte deposition or the alloy layers creates closed pores on each side of the piece. Then the piece is exposed to laser radiation with the sublimation of one of the alloy components and formation of through nanosize pores.
EFFECT: increased product gauge, increased amount of through pores, their distribution is more homogeneous, increased durability of ultra-filtering membranes.
