SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, a plasmid structure obtained on the basis of the px330 vector and expressing sgRNA against a fragment of the sequence 14 of the grin2a gene exon under the control of the U6 promoter and the ORF of the spCas9 gene under the control of the CAG promoter. Also disclosed is the mouse line obtained by transforming mice using the above construction, as well as the method for its production.
EFFECT: invention is effective for modeling aphasia-epilepsy syndrome.
