SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method for obtaining a strain is proposed. The strain is obtained from the F. tularensis 15 NIIEG vaccine strain by allelic exchange of one of two copies of the iglC gene for a recombinant operon consisting of the groE promoter region of the F. tularensis operon, the fopL leader sequence of the F. tularensis fopA gene, and the structural part of the modified M. tuberculosis sodA gene.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain an attenuated F. tularensis strain that synthesizes the mycobacterial antigen superoxide dismutase A. to study the prospects for using the strain in the development of a live combined tuberculosis-tularemia vaccine.
