FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gap between end of first pipe and end of second pipe is enveloped with packing device. The ends of both pipes are equipped with bearing rings connected to each other by means of at least two connecting devices arranged outside the packing device in form of metal bellows. They facilitate practically maintenance free operation of steel cables used as connecting facilities. Choice of material for elements of the connecting facility depends on temperature and pressure of medium flowing through pipes within ranges of up to 850°C and 20 bars correspondingly.
EFFECT: raised reliability of connection.
