FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: linear asynchronous electric drive (1) comprises inductor (2) made of two conductors with winding consisting of separate coils arranged at conductor teeth and electroconductive anchor. There are two screening turns arranged on inductor teeth, outputs of which are connected to reed relay, coils of which are connected to switching device that provides for the possibility of simultaneous closing of at least eight screening turns arranged on four neighbouring teeth of both conductors and forming initial row. Besides in the first two teeth at each conductor there are turns closed, which screen their right parts in left to right direction, and on the third and fourth teeth of both conductors there are turns closed that screen their left parts. To start the pitch of electroconductive anchor, switching device opens two turns that screen left parts of fourth teeth in both conductors. And to complete the pitch - it opens turns that screen the right parts of the first teeth in both conductors and closes turns that screen the right parts of the second and third teeth of both conductors, and turns that screen the left parts of the fourth and fifth teeth of both conductors. Besides on each tooth of both conductors there are additional shorted turns arranged, which partially screen them and are arranged in direction that is perpendicular to turns that screen the right and left parts of each tooth in both conductors, at the same time additionally arranged shorted turns are installed on sides of teeth in conductors adjacent to each other.

EFFECT: expansion of electric drive functionality by stabilisation of its electroconductive anchor in longitudinal and transverse directions.
