FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to convert three-phase AC voltage into DC one with periodicity of rectification 12 N (where N=2, 3, 4, …), and also three-phase AC voltage with high-quality harmonic composition. Converter comprises zero input terminal, N three-phase controlled valve bridges, N pairs of leveling reactors, N pairs of additional diodes, N two-terminal elements, each pole of i (where i=1, 2, 3, …, N) from specified bridges is connected to extreme terminal of winding of one of i pair of leveling reactors, the other extreme terminal of which is connected to electrode of one of i pair of additional diodes. At the same time i additional diodes and valves of i bridge are connected to extreme terminals of winding of one and the same balancing reactor by identical electrodes, to common point of free electrodes of i pair of additional diodes there is an input terminal connected from i two-terminal element, between the common point of output terminals of N two-terminal elements, each comprising a pair of opposite parallel connected controlled valves, and zero input terminal there is a primary connecting circuit arranged, and intermediate terminals of windings of i pair of leveling reactors, which divide number of winding turns in each reactor of this pair into unequal parts, create shorted output terminals of i bridge, three-phase transformer, primary phase windings of which are connected by one group of terminals to phase input terminals, and by the other group - to input terminals of N controlled valve bridges, secondary winding is connected as star to zero terminal or delta and is connected to secondary valve bridge, for instance to secondary connecting circuit, or three-phase load, additional winding of three-phase transformer is connected as open delta, in the form of which one of connecting circuits is arranged, besides valves of i bridge are open by value proportional to established ratio.
EFFECT: independence of transformer configuration on number of output voltage discreteness intervals equal to 12 N.
