SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moving mechanisms used in portable devices to allow telescoping casing with display to easily come out or revolve with respect to main housing. When telescoping casing starts sliding out of closed position plate link limiter escapes from limiting recess of said casing, while link guide ledge moves from interface point between horizontal and inclined parts of rotary guide slot to extreme points of horizontal slot to limit telescoping casing travel and to prevent turning. When telescoping casing moves from closed position, pivot base insert slides from sliding turn hole lower part and its upper part. Guide ledge of the plate link moves, simultaneously, from inclined slot lower part to its upper part to allow telescoping casing turn about main housing. Plate link limiter stays inserted, during said turn, in telescoping casing limiting slot, thus prohibiting travel of telescoping casing along main housing in lengthwise direction.
