SUBSTANCE: allspice is extracted with liquid nitrogen to separate according miscella. Girasol-sunflower is cut, dried in microwave field at specified parameters of the process and then fried. Apples are cut, dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process. Additional convective drying of apples is carried out. Black chokeberry is dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process. Additional convective drying of black chokeberry is carried out. Girasol-sunflower, apples and black chokeberry are mixed. Produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mix and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
