FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: intramedullary osteosynthesis device for fractures of tibia, preferably in children, comprises a body and a rod-shaped locking means in locking position, extending into transverse through hole formed at each end of rod-shaped body. Rod-shaped body is arranged in a main bending plane of longitudinal axis with thinning and rounded end on one side, its contact surface intended for contact with inner surface of medullary cavity of bone is formed by outer curved surface of cylinder-angle rod-shaped body. Contact surfaces intended to come into contact with inner surface of medullary cavity of bone, arranged in at least a portion of rod-shaped body adjacent to rounded end and thinning and to place primary bending. On rod-shaped body with end opposite rounded end and thinning is formed by at least one additional bend in same plane and rotating in same direction with respect to longitudinal axis of rod-shaped body, and that primary bending. Additional bending is located on a part length rod-shaped body with a space from end opposite rounded end and thinning in range of 30-43 mm, length from end to end of main bending in range 90-115 mm and a total length of rod-shaped body in a range 260-380 mm. Additional contact surfaces rod-shaped body, designed to come into contact with inner surface of medullary cavity of bone, arranged in at least an additional bending location.
EFFECT: invention prevents damage to growth zone of tibia in children.
