FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied in treating chronic long bone osteomyelitis with bone defect. A bone marrow sample is taken to recover mononuclear cells. After cultivation within 3-5 days, the first implant representing a suspended nonadherent fraction of mononuclear cells of bone marrow in amount 300-500×106 cells is introduced into soft tissues within a nidus. Further, an adherent fraction is cultivated within 3-4 weeks, and the second implant being suspended mesenchymal stromal cells of bone marrow in amount 10-15×106 cells is introduced directly in an osteomyelitis nidus.

EFFECT: method allows accelerating neoosteogenesis.
