FIELD: medicine, fire fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to extinguishing composites, particularly to powdered extinguishers, extinguishing substances and coatings containing an extinguishing agent in the form of microcapsules. The microcapsulated extinguishing agent contains a double polymeric enclosure with explosive rupture temperature 100-300°C, and a nucleus of a extinguishing liquid containing bromine-substituting alkane representing a compound of formula CnH2n+2-xBrx where n is an integer 1 or 2, and x is equal to 2 or 3, or mixed bromine-substituting alkanes, or mixed bromine-substituting alkane and perfluoralkane of formula CnF2n+2 where n is an integer 6. The polymeric enclosure is formed by an internal first layer of the enclosure made of polysiloxane, and the external second layer of the enclosure made of gelatine or its derivatives. The inventive subject matters also are a method for making said microcapsulated extinguishing agent, extinguishing composite, extinguishing paint coating and extinguishing fabric containing said microcapsulated extinguishing agent.
EFFECT: there is produced storage and handling stable microcapsulated extinguishing agent containing the extinguishing substances allowed by Montreal Protocol and Kyoto Protocol.
