FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fire extinguishing means in various volumes by means of pulse delivery of combined fire extinguishing gases, aerosols and inhibitors to ignition sources. It is achieved by arrangement of microgranules in conditionally sealed container or rigid mesh braid (shell), as a result of temperature action on which there is a chain exothermic reaction in TPC, then in semi-sealed medium overpressure is created, due to thermal decomposition reaction, and further pulse delivery (transportation) of the required amount of the inhibitor together with the extinguishing mixture to fire centers in the entire protected volume. Microgranulated fire-extinguishing agent of a combined action contains an oxidising agent, a cementing agent, microcapsules with an inhibitor, a plasticiser characterized by that it contains components of the composition at the following ratio, wt %: an oxidant selected from: barium nitrate and / or potassium nitrate and / or sodium nitrate 25–35; cementing agent selected from: starch and / or dextrin and / or glucose – 10–20; microcapsules with inhibitor – 35–50; plasticiser selected from: polyurethane or epoxy resin or lacquer – 10–20, and has explosive destruction capability in range of 160–250 °C. Microcapsules with an inhibitor consist of a polymer shell and a core of extinguishing liquid, such as perfluoroethyl perfluoroisopropyl ketone or dibromomethane, or mixtures with other bromo-fluoro-containing liquids, polymer shell is made of cured spatially cross-linked polymer material filled with nanoparticles of mineral filler and has the ability of explosion-like destruction in the temperature range of 90–270 °C, wherein the polymer shell is selected from a series with diameter of 50–70 mcm and / or diameter of 400–700 mcm. Method of producing microgranulated fire extinguishing agent of combined action, based on mass extrusion through matrix and microgranules molding, in which following steps are carried out: oxidant and cementing agent are dried, then each of said component is ground to finely dispersed state at temperature of 20–25 °C. Oxidiser is filled in rotary mixer and saturated with air, microcapsules with inhibitor are added, after mixing oxidiser and microcapsules cementing agent is added to mixer, obtained mixture is stirred until homogeneous mass mass is obtained and brought to paste-like (gel-like) raw mass by means of serial addition of plasticiser portions with time interval, obtained raw mass is pressed through a matrix and microgranules are formed, then dried at temperature of 22–25 °C for 2–4 hours to form polymerised protective outer layer, and obtained microgranulated fire extinguishing agent of combined action is separated by dimensions of outer diameter in range of 0.5 mm to 10 mm. Extinguishing article is made in the form of a structural article containing a shell filled with a micro granulated fire extinguishing agent. Product can be made in the form of: cord braiding which is filled with micro granulated fire extinguishing agent; self-contained fire extinguishing installation in various volumes, in the housing of which there is a core in the form of a stocking, the shell of which is filled with microgranules; fire-extinguishing throwing grenade, in the housing of which there is a core in the form of a stocking filled with microgranules.

EFFECT: highly efficient fire extinguishing in different volumes due to combined properties of microgranules.
