FIELD: fire-extinguishing means. SUBSTANCE: ozone-safe fire-extinguishing thermoreactive polymer composite contains cold-hardening polymer binder and 40 to 51.4 % of microcapsulated fire-extinguishing agent. The latter is composed of halogen-substituted hydrocarbons corresponding to formula C3F7I, or CnF2n+2, wherein n= 5 to 7, or yet (C2F5)2N(CmF2n+1), wherein m is 1 or 2. Polymer binder is selected from polyepoxide type molecules based on 4,4'-isopripylidenephenol and/or aliphatic epoxide resins, or from polyurethanes. Microcapsules of fire-extinguishing agent consist of spherical polymer shells enclosing liquid agent. Microcapsules open within temperature ranges 130-149 C and 166-190 C. Depending on mold used, material can be produced in the form of lining sheets, profiled articles with required configuration, and cold-hardening mastic. EFFECT: increased safety. 6 cl, 2 dwg, 15 ex
