FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of, primarily, bridges and over bridges. Proposed manipulator comprises self-propelled platform with counterweight. Manipulating mechanism is mounted on the platform with its transverse shaft supporting symmetric hooks for two girders. Said platform displaces along preset girders. In initial position, said girders are located horizontally with their rear ends fitted in the hooks. Hooks with girders are simultaneously turned over from initial position into front designed position via vertical position.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability.
