FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions can be used to protect from corrosion or for insulating metal surfaces exposed to aggressive fluid media. The coated article has a metal substrate and a layered coating composition on at least one of its surfaces, a polymer protective outer coating layer on top of the layered coating composition and an outer coating layer. The coating composition contains an epoxy resin layer which is preferably partially or fully hardened fusion bonded epoxy coating. The outer coating layer is fully hardened to the state of epoxy/polyolefin semi- or fully interpenetrating polymer network. The protective outer coating layer contains a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. The article is selected from a group comprising a pipe, vessel, gutter, bar, an article with a profiled shape and a tube.
EFFECT: obtaining a flexible coated article with high interlayer bnding strength which is resistant to corrosion, wearing, high impact resistance, and which is free from hardener or adhesive substance.
