FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, manganese, silicon, vanadium, molybdenum, gallium, boron, chromium and iron at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.27 - 0.50, manganese 14 - 18, silicon 2.0 - 3.0, vanadium 1.6 - 3.0, molybdenum 0.1 - 1.9, chromium 0.1 - 4, gallium 0.1 - 0.5, boron 0.001 - 0.003, iron - the rest. Ratio of contents of vanadium to contents of carbon is not less, than 5, while summary contents of mangabese and cromium is not less, than 16 wt %.
EFFECT: steel possesses upgraded plastic properties in strengthened condition while maintaining high strength properties and value of recoverable strain.
