FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: according to first version rivet for connecting elements, particularly aircraft components with apertures is equipped with body of rivet, having head of rivet with cavity stretched along axis and rod adjoining head of rivet; also rivet is equipped with core of rivet containing mainly cylinder case and core head, diametre of which exceeds diametre of rod. The case of the core is installed along the cavity in the body of the rivet. The core of the rivet consists or ribs passing along axis of the cylinder case and having wedge-shaped surfaces directed to the head of the rivet. The ribs are arranged to allow rod expanding, when the core is drawn in and material of the rod flows between the ribs. According to the second version of rivet the core of the rivet is equipped with ribs having wedge shaped surfaces. They are directed to the head of the rivet. Also the core of the rivet is equipped with elements between the ribs installed along axis of the cylinder case allowing flow of material when the core of the rivet is drawn in.

EFFECT: rivet connection possesses improved loading capacity even for various dimensions of apertures in elements.
