FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: recording device is a multiple-element photoelectric semiconductor radiation receiver, on the photosensitive surface of elements of which there is an opaque mask with circular holes of different diametre which act as measuring diaphragms. The mask of each element has one large diametre hole for picking up all the radiation energy in the scattering spot of the optical system and several identical small diametre holes at a distance which prevents the scattering spot from falling in the neighbouring hole and the elements are distinguished by diametre value of small holes in the mask.

EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of measuring radiation energy concentration function in the scattering spot of optical systems in the medium-wave and long-wave infrared subranges of the spectrum.
