FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: photodetector comprises a holder, a photosensitive element glued on raster and a diaphragm. The diaphragm consists of a middle conical component, a cover, a disc-shaped base and a shield which protects from spurious radiation. Diaphragm components are joined by welding and cryogenic-resistant adhesive. The diaphragm is joined to the raster by the cryogenic-resistant adhesive. The diaphragm components are obtained by extrusion on a press mould. The outer surfaces of the components are mirror-polished. Dull polishing is performed and inner walls are thinned. The inner surfaces of the components undergo electrochemical blackening. The middle conical component and the cover are welded to each other, and the shield is glued to the lateral surface of the conical part.
EFFECT: reduced effect of spurious radiation, reduced thermal mass and faster cooling.
