FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment for measuring photoelectric characteristics (PEC) of samples of infrared (IR) photosensitive modules (PM). Apparatus for determining the effective photosensitive area of all photosensitive elements included in the IR FM comprises radiation source 1, detachable optical modulator 2, test object condenser 3 and test object unit 4, which are part of test object 5 channel, single-channel collimator lens 6, precision scanning mirror 7, projection lens 8, investigated sample of IR PM with TDI mode, placed inside cryostat 9, as well as control unit 10 and personal computer 11. Test object unit 4 includes a test object with holes for formation of scattering spots, a test object holder and a test object movement unit consisting of a microcontroller and a stepper motor.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the time required for determining the effective area of all photosensitive elements regardless of the identity of the photosensitive elements.
