FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation and catching of fine-dispersed particles from transported flow of medium of various aggregate condition. Device comprises body, cover, inlet, outlet, drain nozzles, deflector, vertical separation packet made of flat bent separation plates that create slot channels in zone of overlapping and with their vertical bent ends directed to opposite sides relative to external and internal diametres of separation pack. Device is equipped with cylinders having various heights and diametres, which are arranged along vertical axial line of separation packet, at the same time two of them are installed one in another with combination of their lower ends with lower border of separation packet. Cylinder of smaller height and larger diametre is perforated, and its bottom has a hole for passage of upper part of another cylinder into separation packet. The third cylinder is installed with its bottom upwards, facing lower border of separation packet, along vertical axial line of which there is a disk installed with controlled stem, being installed inside conical body arranged between lower border of separation packet and bottom of the third cylinder. Rotary half-disks are installed under the third cylinder.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation, increased capacity and reduction of losses.
