FIELD: railway transport; automatic brakes. SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic braking mode regulator consists of damper part 1 and pressure relay 2. Rod 8 is arranged inside housing 7 of damper part 1. Retainer 9 with fork 10 is secured on rod 8. Retainer 9 is installed with clearance relative to bar 12 resting from top against rod 13 disconnecting piston, and from bottom against rod 15 of power piston 16. Disconnecting piston 14 interacts through spring 18 with feed valve 17. Spring 18 is adjusted to pressure of compressed air compensating for influence of brake cylinder spring. EFFECT: provision of constant specific braking force of each railway car, irrespective of mass. 1 dwg
