FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to bioengineering. Micobacterium tuberculosis cell mass is successively treated with 25% and 50% aqueous solutions of acetone. The precipitate then undergoes 15 minute homogenisation with a 10% aqueous solution of dimethyl sulphoxide and three-day dialysis against distilled water with daily replacement of the latter. Centrifugation is carried out at 7000 rpm and the precipitate is again treated with 15% and 20% aqueous solutions of dimethyl sulphoxide with subsequent dialysis. The obtained supernants (three) are combined and kept at room temperature for 30-40 days with daily agitation. Freezing and thawing are done for not less than 72 hours. The lower third of the opalescent solution is collected. The method can be used in clinical laboratory diagnosis.
EFFECT: design of an efficient method of obtaining an antigen from Micobacterium tuberculosis for studying humoral immune response in an immunoblot analysis reaction.
