FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a method of obtaining an antigen from Mycobacterium bovis Bovines-8 strain 700201 with a molecular weight of 24 kDa to study the humoral response, the said method includes cultivating the pathogen on a Levenstein-Jensen solid nutrient medium, destroying the washed cells at a frequency of 22 kHz for 5–10 s, then homogeneous mycobacterial cells are destroyed three times using zirconium beads with a diameter of 0.1 mm in a given time mode, clarified by centrifugation at 10,000 rpm for 10 minutes, the antigen is preparatively fractionated on a 15 cm column in 12% PAGE using sodium dodecyl sulfate at a concentration of 0.1%.

EFFECT: invention provides an addition to the diagnostic panel of biomarkers for studying the humoral immune response and for immunological tests.
