FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: sample of soil is placed into elastic water proof shell with apertures; said shell is installed in section of pipe. Apertures in the elastic shell coincide with apertures in the section of the pipe; perforated tubes are inserted through the said apertures into the sample of soil; the perforated tubes are wrapped with filtering material of zero resistance; their joint with the elastic shell is pressure tight. The perforated tubes wrapped with filtering material of zero resistance are connected with capillaries, while capillaries are joined with calibrated glass tubes. A source of deep vibration excitation is implanted into the sample of soil; the joint of a flexible shaft of an internal vibrator and of the elastic shell is sealed with at least one rubber collar. The sample of soil is compressed with a rod through a piston; when the level of water in calibrated glass tubs sets at a mark corresponding to specified external compressing load (process of consolidation is complete), the sample of soil is subject to internal vibration at preset intensity of vibration effect; pressure in interstitial water is recorded by the level of water column in calibrated glass tubes.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity, accuracy of measurements, possibility to imitate embedding of water seeped double-phased sample of soil from day surface and possibility to study influence of internal vibration of various intensity on change of pressure in seeped water under laboratory conditions.
