FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: sensor includes measuring converter and interelectrode circuit. Interelectrode circuit includes field transistor, operating amplifier with impedance not exceeding 107 Ohm, which is connected to gate of field transistor through interelectrode resistor. Inverting input of operating amplifier is connected to field transistor source. The latter is connected to the earth through resistor. Non-inverting input of operating amplifier is connected to voltage divider containing the resistor. Reference voltage of field transistor signal is floating between gate and source of field transistor. Field transistor, measuring converter can be installed in one 4-pin unit.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining stronger signal of sensor without using relatively expensive operating amplifier having high impedance.
