FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to microwave radio equipment and can be used in radar and communication systems as low-pass zonal filter of frequency on frequency determining element of high-stability microwave oscillators. Device represents tunable microwave filter made on the basis of high-quality magnetoacoustic resonances excited in sandwich structure: ferrite film - substrate - ferrite film. In invention there has been implemented the mode of single-frequency filtration of microwave signal owing to selective excitation of separate modes of magnetoacoustic resonances. Selective excitation of magnetoacoustic modes is performed in the band of the first resonant mode of magnetostatic waves (MSW). For providing the single-frequency filtration mode, the first and the second ferrite films in the form of resonators are located on opposite sides of non-magnetic substrate, input and output MSW converters are located coaxially to ferrite films and at angle of 90° to each other; at that, thickness of film-substrate-film structure d is chosen from the condition where vS - sound speed in nonmagnetic substrate, ΔfM - width of band of the first resonant MSW mode.
EFFECT: improving selective properties of magnetoacoustic filter.
