FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: element on the magnetostatic spin waves (MSW) has two pairs of the microstrip transducers, which form two parallel linear channels of the MSW distribution, spaced apart by the distance that provides arrangement between the said cavity channels of MSW interacting with the linear channels. Each linear channel of the MSW distribution is a system of the single cylindrical inclusions of the ferromagnetic material, formed in the base ferromagnetic film and equally arranged along the channel length, and the MSW resonator is a system of the single cylindrical inclusions of the ferromagnetic material, formed in the base ferromagnetic film and equally arranged along the circumference. The inclusions of the ferromagnetic material have a greater magnetization than the base ferromagnetic film.

EFFECT: possibility to implement the functions of the filter and the cavity, while providing low insertion losses in the frequency range of several GHz.
