FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to radio engineering, in particular to microwave devices on magnetostatic waves and can be used as a space-frequency filter on magnetostatic waves. Space-frequency filter on magnetostatic waves has a substrate made from a gallium-gadolinium garnet film, on which a microwave guide from an iron-yttrium garnet film is located along the longitudinal axis. It also includes input and output microstrip antennae located on opposite sides of the microwave guide, a magnetic field source. Microwave guide has rectangular bases at the ends, which change into a zigzag section formed by segments of straight sections connected to each other by a turning angle, the external magnetic field is oriented tangentially to the plane of the substrate along the Y axis. Additionally, it contains micromechanical diamond-shaped resonator made of iron-garnet on surface of gallium-gadolinium garnet, equipped with micromechanical system allowing to change distance between resonator and microwave guide.
EFFECT: possibility of smooth control of forbidden zones by means of micromechanical action on the system.
