FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering. Device comprises a structure arranged on a substrate, comprising linear microwave guides from a YIG film, microstrip antennae for exciting and receiving magnetostatic spin waves (MSW), source of control magnetic field, wherein first and second microwave guides are arranged parallel to each other with clearance in plane of substrate, third and fourth microwave guides are located above them through layer of non-magnetic dielectric. Thicknesses of said gap and layer are selected based on excitation of surface MSW (SMSW) in microwave ovens and provision of multimode communication mode between microwave ovens. An input antenna for SMSW excitation is placed at one end of the first microwave guide, on the other end of which there is an output antenna for receiving SMSW, wherein other output antennas for receiving SMSW are arranged at ends of second, third and fourth microwave guides on the side of arrangement of output antenna of first microwave guide, wherein magnetic field of control magnetic field source is directed in structure plane.

EFFECT: enabling control of operating modes of a controlled multiplexer on magnetostatic waves both by varying the frequency of the input signal and changing parameters of the external magnetic field.
