FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: switching device of transmission line, mainly to transmission line with the same wave resistance includes housing with discharger electrodes insulated inside it, control electrode and common conductor. Common conductor of lines is made in the form of separate conductors, each of which is separated from each other and connected to the appropriate conductor of transmission lines; at that, conductors of each additional transmission line, which are not common, are connected to the appropriate electrodes, at that, housing is made from dielectric material. Separate conductors can be made in the form of conducting hollow cylinders laid into each other, or groups of connecting conductors located in the housing or outside the housing. Discharger electrodes can be made in the form of a system of electrodes.

EFFECT: providing switching of several transmission lines with one and the same voltage and constant wave resistance to the matched load representing the same number of transmission lines charged to the other voltage.
