SUBSTANCE: information arrives from subscriber equipment along ascending improved dedicated channel E-DCH. Radio resources of at least one channel of descending communication line, which supports channel E-DCH, are either released or configured or reconfigured, whereas E-DCH channel is supported for subscriber equipment. As servicing cell is replaced by subscriber equipment, servicing cell and/or non-servicing cell may add/configure/reconfigure supporting channel of descending communication line without interruption of E-DCH channel. Subscriber equipment and servicing controller SRNC of radio network are notified with the help of release indicator on the fact whether channel of relative presentation of E-RGCH resource is released or not, and subscriber equipment removes stored parametres of E-RGCH channel, when release indicator indicates that E-RGCH channel is released.
EFFECT: possibility to increase speed of data transfer with application of maximum capacity.
