SUBSTANCE: invention is implemented by following. Dairy raw materials are normalised. Then it is homogenised, heated and sugar is added. The received mix is cooked, cooled and packed. The calcium containing additives are added during normalisation process or in the end of cooking in quantity from 100 to 5000 g on 1 t.product. Also the invention can be realised in another way. Then it is homogenised, heated and sugar is added. The mix is cooled, packed in tight container and cooked.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to receive a product with the raised viscosity raised by biological value; also intensity of a sediment of a fatty phase decreases.
