FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely the radiation diagnosis using MRI and can be used to evaluate the severity of the process in bone tissue of pelvic limb segments in patients with vitamin D-resistant rickets. Before it MRI of femur epimetaphysis is performed in mode t1 f1 2d cor, the total epimetaphysis area and size of its pathological alteration area are measured. Then they are compared, on the basis of it mild, moderate and severe pathology is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to increase an diagnostics accuracy of degree of expression of pathological severity in patients with vitamin D-resistant rickets, as well as to quantify the degree of epimetaphysis pathological alteration, and plan further treatment.
