FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: clinical examination with collection of parameters is realised by means of oral questioning of patient and their visual examination. Radiography of affected hip joint in polypositional projection is performed. Computed and magnetic-resonance tomography is performed. Electromyography of gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscles and electroneuromyography of femoral, peroneal and tibial nerves are performed. Biomechanical test of dynamic function of extremity is realised. In the process of carrying out the said examinations definite parameters are registered with estimation of each of them in points. Calculation of the sum of obtained points is performed. Obtained results are used as basis to make conclusion about severity of hip joint dysplasia: 17-29 points - light, 30-44 points - moderate, 45 points and higher - expressed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out estimation of degree hip joint dysplasia severity in children due to taking into account complex of the most essential parameters.
