FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. After herniotomy with plastic by mesh prosthesis to prevent contact of the prosthesis with subcutaneous fat, a plate of the drug "Tachocomb" is placed on the front surface of the prosthesis to its entire area calling at 1-1.5 cm beyond the edge with its adhesive surface facing surface of the prosthesis. At that the plate of preparation "Tachocomb" is tightly pressed against the prosthesis surface within 3-5 minutes. If necessary, multiple plates should be used, stacked them calling each other on 1-1.5 cm.
EFFECT: method prevents the appearance of seromas.
