FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Internal transpedicular screws are introduced into bodies of injured and located above it vertebrae through minimal cut. Transpedicular threaded rods of external reposition device are introduced through skin punctures into bodies of vertebrae located below the damaged vertebra. Support plates of external device are mounted on free ends of threaded rods and connected to each other with screw rods with possibility of travel relative to each other. Free end of internal transpedicular screw, introduced into the injured vertebra, is fixed to central screw rod of external reposition device via elongating bar, and correction of spine deformation and reclination of the injured vertebra are carried out. The injured and above-located vertebrae are stabilised by connection of internal transpedicular screws by means of longitudinal bars. External reposition device is dismounted and external transpedicular threaded rods are removed from bodies of vertebrae which are located below the injured vertebra.

EFFECT: reduction of trauma to tissues with complete preservation of reposition possibilities for full single-stage simultaneous spine correction and provision of reliable stabilisation of vertebral-motor segment.
