FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater equipment. Rim device of proposed underwater apparatus comprises to tubes that double as underwater apparatus supports, rope-pulley system connected with control station and intended for transfer of ballast weights inside said tubes. Said tubes are furnished with face webs, bow and stern fairings accommodating tensioning devices. Every tensioning device represents a rod secured on face web and supporting carriage to translate thereon. Said carriage is swiveled to sleeve screwed on said rod. Said carriage is locked on said rod. Sleeve turns to move carriage along the rod.
EFFECT: adjustment of rope tensioning.
