FIELD: transportation package.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to method of packing a product into thermosetting film. Proposed method comprises producing polymer film and extending said film in longitudinal direction with the help of at least one pair of rollers running with different rpm. Note here that distance between said rollers is at least 10 times smaller than film width. Product is packed in produced thermosetting polymer film by wrapping said film around first and second sections of the product wherein first section outline is smaller than second section outline by 30 and more. Film is heated to ensure shrinkage that proceeds along direction of film feed around the product. In compliance with first version, polymer sheet is contracted on heating in one direction by up to 50% or less of its initial sizes, preferable, by up to 40% or less, while, in crosswise direction sheet initial sizes do not vary, or their variation does not exceed 5%. In compliance with second version, polymer sheet is produced from polyolefin and contracted on heating in one direction by up to 70% or less of its initial sizes, preferable, by up to 60% or less, while, in crosswise direction sheet initial sizes do not vary, or their variation does not exceed 5%. In compliance with first version, proposed product is packed in thermosetting film as described above. In compliance with second version, proposed product comprises first section outline exceeding second section outline by 50%, preferably, by 30% or less. Said film is thermosetting features thermosetting to the degree that corresponds to first and second sections.

EFFECT: expanded application of thermosetting polymer films.
