FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: Lactobacillus fermentum TS3-06 strain is isolated from sour milk broth used in production of curdled milk. The obtained Lactobacillus fermentum TS3-06 strain is deposited in the collection of microorganisms of the department of microbiology of the Faculty of Biology of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University under registration number 498 CM MSU. The strain is used to make bacterial preparations and making sour milk broth as a food product for medical and preventive purposes.
EFFECT: higher growth rate, high resistance to extreme effects such as low acidity, bile content, resistance to antibiotics.
