PROBIOTIC COMPOSITION WITH HIGH ANTAGONISTIC ACTIVITY WITH RESPECT TO OPPORTUNISTIC AND PATHOGENIC MICROFLORA FOR CURATIVE-PROPHYLACTIC AGENTS AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARING Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2227039 C2

FIELD: medicine, microbiology, food industry. SUBSTANCE: probiotic composition promises live non-lyophilized bacterial mass of the strain Enterococcus faecium L-3 in the amount 1 x x 105 CFU per a single dose, not less, or its mixture with strain or strains of useful microorganisms and fatty component of a base that comprises additionally a friable component in the ratio = (1:1)-(1:10) with a fatty component. Bacterial mass and fatty component of a base are taken in the ratio providing high content of useful microflora, 1 x 105 CFU per a single dose, not less. For culturing the bacterial mass the isolated soybean protein "Supro Plus 2640" is taken, medium is centrifuged, precipitate is separated and dried by contact drying method that is carried out on starch and/or talc, and/or rice meal, and/or other small-dispersed powder-like mass at temperature below +45 C up to formation of friable mass that is mixed with neutral fats that are useful for microflora and for human skin and mucosa tissues. Invention provides preparing probiotic composition for new curative-prophylactic agents and foodstuffs using vigorous and active bacterial mass of live microorganisms as components of the composition that confers to these agents high therapeutic effect due to ability to suppress pathogenic microflora and to normalize human body microbiocenosis, among them, after severe infections, antibiotics treatment and others. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of composition. 10 cl, 1 tbl
