SUBSTANCE: Lactobacillus delbrueckii TS1-06 strain is isolated from sour milk broth used in production of curdled milk. The obtained Lactobacillus delbrueckii TS1-06 strain is deposited in the collection of microorganisms of the department of microbiology of the Faculty of Biology of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University under registration number 497 CM MSU. The strain is used to make bacterial preparations and making sour milk broth as a food product for medical and preventive purposes.
EFFECT: high growth rate, wide range of antagonistic effect on gram-positive and gram-negative pathogenic bacteria, bile content, resistance to antibiotics, production of antibiotic-like substances (bacteriocins).
