SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to composition of cast iron. Cast iron contains elements at a following ratio, wt %: carbon 2.8-3.2, silicon 2.0-2.4; manganese 0.5-0.7; tin 0.015-0.025; chromium 0.02-0.06; vanadium 0.1-0.15; antimony 0.1-0.15; aluminium 0.1-0.15; copper 0.1-0.15; nitrogen 0.003-0.005; boron 0.1-0.15; zirconium 0.1-0.15; indium 0.01-0.015; the rest is iron.
EFFECT: facilitating improvement of casting characteristics of cast iron.
