FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump includes housing 5, inlet and outlet connection pipes 9, 11 and impeller 2 with hub 3, which is installed on shaft 1. Shaft 1 is installed on bearing 4. Inlet connection pipe 9 is made on the side opposite to the inlet of impeller 2. Shaft 1 is hollow, and inside it there installed with a gap is internal shaft 6 having magnetic coupling 13 on the end inside inlet connection pipe 9. From the inlet of impeller 2 there installed is end wall 21 with curved fixed blades 22. Magnetic coupling 13 is made in the form of two semi-couplings 14, 15. Driven semi-coupling 14 is installed inside inlet connection pipe 9 and attached to internal shaft 6. Drive semi-coupling 15 is installed in tight casing 17 and attached to driven shaft. Coupling 13 is edge-type.

EFFECT: improving cavitation properties of pump.
